Valves & Control Technology
TILL products have their roots in the valves and control technology. Starting in 1968 with the development of valves for tractors and expanding to
an enormous variety of valves and control blocks. The special requirements demanded by our customers makes for continued development production of
individual solutions.
Various multi-way valves increase the functionality of hydraulic systems by switching the functions of a control unit to different users. Over the years TILL has developed an extensive range of extremely rugged valves.
Load-Sensing-Technology allows to achieve Hydaulic controls with the best energy balance possible. It is here that TILL, with the building systems LAP and LOS, has created maximum flexibility for a system solution. The big advantage is that control blocks for
prototypes or small series can be assembled quickly and cost-effectively from a wide range of components mostly available at short notice. If a larger number of pieces are required the well tested solution can be developed into an optimised control block. This possibility considerably reduces the period of development and risks.

Cylinder
Hydraulic cylinders These represent the core competence of the Braunschweig Company. At Braunschweig and Magdeburg the development and fabrication of single and double action cylinders, synchronising cylinders, pressure transformers, differential and telescopic cylinders with strokes ranging from millimetres to 15 meters takes place. The main applications are found in industrial production, in working platforms, hoists and commercial vehicles. Aditionally partners from the fields of agricultural machinery, energy production and environmental technology are supplied with TILL
cylinders.
